Tasting notes
Nose. Cooked agave, light vanilla.
Palate. Citrus, cracked pepper.
Finish. Oak.
A traditionalist's reposado, rested in American oak just long enough to frame, not smother, the agave. Tahona-milled and fermented with the whole fiber, it stays vibrant where many reposados go soft.
