Tequila Spritz
The Aperol spritz rebuilt on reposado, with orange juice giving it more body than the Italian original ever has. Long, bitter and low enough in proof to last an afternoon.

Ingredients
2 oz reposado tequila
2.5 oz fresh orange juice
1 oz Aperol
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Prosecco, to top
Method
- Fill a Tom Collins glass with ice and build the tequila, orange juice, Aperol and lime in the glass.
- Stir briefly to combine.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with an orange wedge.
Panel note
Build it in the glass rather than shaking. Shaken orange juice goes froth-topped and thin, and the foam kills the prosecco's bubbles on contact.
