2 oz blanco tequila
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
Topo Chico or sparkling mineral water
Method
- Pour tequila and lime into a highball with ice.
- Top with mineral water.
- Stir once; garnish with a lime wedge. Often served in the Topo Chico bottle itself.
