Arte Agave Atlanta 2026, a one-night tequila and mezcal tasting festival built around more than 100 agave spirits, is set to return to the city this month, though organizers and local broadcaster Atlanta News First have published conflicting dates and venues for the same event.

The festival's own event page, together with ticketing listings on Eventbrite and Fever, places the 2026 Atlanta edition on Saturday, September 26, at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Buckhead, with early entry starting at 6 p.m. and general admission opening at 7 p.m. Atlanta News First's own event listing, published September 24, 2026, gives a different date, a different venue and a different address for what it describes as the same festival.

Who Runs Arte Agave

Arte Agave was built by founders Walter and Emily Easterbrook alongside a sister festival, Whiskey Washback, before either brand belonged to a larger media company. Variety reported that in May 2024, Dan Abrams's Bottle Raiders bought both event brands from the Easterbrooks in a deal said to be in the seven figures, acquiring a touring circuit that held eleven tasting events a year in cities including New York, Chicago, Austin, Miami, Houston, Dallas and Atlanta, with more than 400 attendees at each stop. Bottle Raiders itself began as Abrams's whiskey review site Whiskey Raiders, launched in 2020, before he added tequila, rum and gin review verticals and rolled them into a single property. Abrams built his media career on Mediaite and the Law & Crime Network, the latter sold to Jellysmack in a nine figure deal, and told Axios that Bottle Raiders aims to become the largest multi platform spirits media business in the country. Bottle Raiders rebranded as The Daily Pour in September 2025, and in June 2026 the company bought a fourth event brand, Whiskey Riot, giving it four festival properties: Whiskey Washback, Whiskey Riot, Arte Agave and Drinks with Benefits.

Where and When the 2026 Atlanta Show Is Actually Set

According to the festival's own event page, Arte Agave Atlanta 2026 is set for the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel at 374 East Paces Ferry Road NE in Buckhead, a listing an Eventbrite posting separately confirms for Saturday, September 26, running from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Atlanta News First's report, however, places the event on September 25 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at The Fairmont, 1429 Fairmont Ave. NW, a different venue and address than the one listed on the festival's official page, and the discrepancy between the two accounts has not been resolved. The Daily Pour's own events calendar lists the Atlanta date as September 26, matching the festival page and the ticketing platforms rather than the broadcaster's listing.

What a Ticket Includes

General admission grants entry at 7 p.m. with access to all event areas and unlimited tastings from spirit and food vendors, while early entry or VIP admission opens the doors an hour earlier and adds pours reserved for that window only. Both tiers come with an engraved Glencairn copita glass intended to concentrate aroma. Early entry pours planned for the Atlanta date include Alma del Jaguar's Barricas Mizunara, El Bandido Yankee Plata 47 High Proof, a G4 Single Barrel Reposado, LALO's 2026 high proof bottling and Patrón Silver in both 100 proof and cristalino styles, according to the festival's event page. A separate LALO Tequila masterclass offers a side by side tasting of LALO Blanco and its high proof expression, walking participants through aroma, texture, flavor and finish. Attendees can also browse an artisan marketplace with vendors including B.M. Franklin & Co., El Matchiu Crafts, O2 Cigars, Smoke & Serve, Spanglish Boutique and West + Peak, and eat from local chefs serving empanadas, birria tacos, pulled brisket tacos, short rib tacos and pizza. Atlanta News First's listing separately describes cocktail demonstrations and food pairings from ten Atlanta area restaurant partners.

The Festival's Run in Atlanta

The festival is not new to the city. Its 2024 Atlanta stop, held September 27 at the Kimpton Sylvan, closed out that year's touring schedule with more than 135 varieties of agave spirits on offer and appearances from producers including Del Maguey Mezcal and Tequila Ocho, according to a recap the organizers published. A 2025 edition returned to the same hotel on September 26 of that year, again pouring more than 100 varieties alongside mariachi music and folkloric dance. Ticketing platforms for the 2026 date describe Arte Agave Atlanta as an event that sells out every year, though no independent attendance figures for the Atlanta stop specifically have been published.

Anyone holding a ticket should confirm the date, time and address directly with whichever platform issued it before showing up, since the festival's own page and a local broadcaster's listing point to different Fridays and different neighborhoods this year.
