History

Yéyo began in 2009 when Jon Bullinger walked away from a job at Intel at age 25 and found his calling in Arandas, in Jalisco's red-soiled highlands. Partnering with distillery owner Sergio Vivanco and master distiller Sergio Cruz, the brand uses single-estate agave grown without chemicals and champagne-yeast fermentation famously serenaded with classical music for over 190 hours.
