Casa Noble
History
Casa Noble was founded by José 'Pepe' Hermosillo, a seventh-generation member of a tequila-making family, with the first bottles produced in 1997 to honor his late father's legacy. The tequila is triple-distilled from certified-organic estate-grown agave at the La Cofradía distillery outside Tequila, a site with roots in the 1700s; Constellation Brands acquired the brand in 2014.
